The Office of the Dean for Academics and the Hub (ODAH) is primarily responsible for ensuring academic excellence. It oversees the knowledge transfer, knowledge application, and the development of the hub of the Campus. Academic excellence in the Campus is characterized by the following components: 1) distinctive competence in teacher education; 2) innovative and productive graduate research; 3) flexible learning; 4) emerging/special disciplines; 5) curriculum governance; 6) student services; and 7) hub development and regional responsiveness.

ODAH is headed by a Dean, who is designated by the PNU President.
