The Office of the Executive Director and Provost (OEDP) are responsible for the management and operation of the Campus. The Executive Director function is related to the overall administrative and financial concerns while the Provost function is related to the overall academic concerns of the Campus.

Under the OEDP are three (3) major core units: Office of the Director of Administration, Finance, and Planning (ODAFP); Office of the Dean of Academics and the Hub (ODAH); and Office of the Director of Research, Extension, Quality Assurance, and Development (ODREQAD). Under each office are units that perform specific functions.

The Campus is headed by the Executive Director and Provost (EDP), who is designated by the PNU President.

Under the OEDP is the Events Management Unit (EMU), which serves as the planner and manager for major Campus events. It advises, assists, and orients all units on protocol and standards of holding Campus events to ensure consistency and adherence to the culture and tradition of PNU.
